Frequently Asked Questions

How much do you charge for a cut?

The price depends on the size of the lawn. You can contact us and we will give you a free, in-person estimate.

How do you charge?

We usually charge by the cut, but we can also provide a total price for the season.

How do I pay?

You can pay using Interac e-Transfer or cash in person, the choice is yours. The Interac e-Transfers can be sent to (613) 558-6624 or qualitylawncarebynoah@gmail.com.

What happens if I'm not at my house when you cut the lawn?

The date that your lawn is cut and whether or not you paid are both recorded and tracked on a spreadsheet, so do not worry about being available while we are cutting.

What if I miss a payment?

No worries, you can just pay the next time we come, or you can send an Interac e-Transfer. Don't stress!

How often do you cut?

We cut lawns whenever they need it. This is usually once every week, but the growth slows down and speeds up throughout different parts of the season. Typically, a lawn will require 16 - 22 cuts per season. If you wish to have the lawn cut earlier or later than when we plan on cutting it, please contact us.

What height do you cut on?

We recommend cutting on no lower than 2.5 inches as anything lower may damage your lawn.

What if I am unsatisfied with a cut?

If you notice that your lawn is not cut to full quality, please contact Noah Pritchard, the owner, so it can be redone to your satisfaction at no cost.
